What happens on the discovery call?
We spend 30 minutes learning about your business, your workflows, your current stack, and where you lose the most time. At the end we match you with the right VA and give you a clear picture of what month one looks like.
How quickly can I get a VA?
Most clients have a dedicated VA matched and onboarded within 5-7 days of the discovery call. We handle the match, the tool setup, and the first AI agent deployment, nothing falls on you.
Do I have to train my VA?
No. Your VA comes pre-trained on the tools and workflows relevant to your role. The first week they orient to your specific preferences, no training required from you.
What if my VA is not the right fit?
We will rematch you. If it is not working in the first 30 days, we replace your VA at no cost. No negotiation.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Minimum commitment is one month. Cancel with 30 days notice anytime after that. No long term contracts.
